Nano-Tex LLC, Greensboro, N.C., has appointed Donn A. Tice CEO, replacing George W. Henderson III in that role. Henderson, also chairman and CEO of majority owner Burlington Industries Inc., Greensboro, continues as chairman of the company.
Donn A. TiceTice is based at Nano-Texs research center in Emeryville, Calif., and oversees research and development, business development, operations and technical services. Reporting to him are: Renee Hultin, president North America; Peter Rohr, president Europe; David Offord, chief scientific officer; Bill Ware, executive vice president, technical services; and Craig Trumbo, vice president, operations. Nano-Tex founder, David Soane, Ph.D., continues as a director of the company and chair of its Scientific Advisory Board.February 2003
