France-based Calemard, designer and manufacturer of narrow tape slitting and rewinding equipment for the textile and nonwovens sectors, will display off-line slitters fitted with single or multiple slitting processes (hot, ultrasonic, crush, shear, and combined, among others); cross-winders for narrow tapes; edge-trimming or center-slitting benches for tenters and inspection machines. Calemard adds that its machines can be configured in modules.According to the company, it has more than 2,000 machines in operation worldwide, serving the home furnishing, clothing, filtration, car interior, sun protection, hygiene, and medical markets.
