Specialized Technology Resources Opens India Office
U.S.-based Specialized Technology Resources Inc. (Str), a consumer product quality assurance testing and compliance monitoring company, has announced the recent opening of an office in New Dehli, India.The company said the new addition allows it to better serve those customers with operations in India, as well as local companies that export.The office also will serve as a base for new business development for the industries served by Str in the region.According to Str, the India office is part of the global growth strategy it has undertaken in the past five years.The company now operates laboratories, inspections offices and field offices in 30 countries. Services offered include product risk assessment and consulting; product testing to national and international standards; product evaluations for safety, performance, design, and construction; factory capability audits; quality assurance inspections; fair labor and social compliance monitoring programs; and custom-designed quality assurance programs.
