BASF Unveils Pigments, Softeners
Germany-based BASF AG has launched a new line of pigment inks and softeners. According to the
company, its low-viscosity Helizarin® EVO P 100 pigment inks are the fastest inks on the market,
and therefore reduce printing time and costly post-printing treatments. The inks feature a
multifunctional agent that is used in place of the traditional binder. They can be applied to
almost any fabric for a soft hand, produce prints with sharp contour definition and have excellent
running properties.BASFs Softeners Universe line now includes silicon-free Planet Line additives,
silicone-containing Star Line softeners and Galaxy Line silicone softeners.
