The Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI), organizer of IFAI Expo — scheduled to take place October 27-29 in Pittsburgh, U.S., has created a special section in its website to help overseas visitors navigate through new U.S. government regulations for international travelers, such as entry visa applications.According to Beth Hungiville, IFAI international specialist, this is the first time the association has included special information for international visitors to the annual show, and is the result of receiving several inquiries early on. Hungiville said for those international participants who require U.S. entry visas to attend the show, the most important thing to remember is to send in the application at least three months before they plan to travel to ensure there is enough time to reapply if they are not successful the first time.Information is available at www.ifai.com; included in the website is information on how to request an invitation letter from IFAI and a step-by-step guide to applying for a U.S. visa.
