ITM 2006 Technology: Brückner Trockentechnik GmbH & Co. KG

At ITM 2006, Germany-based Brückner Trockentechnik GmbH & Co. KG will showcase its comprehensive product range for woven and knitted textile finishing, including the Power-Line tenter, Opti-Shrink compressive shrinkage range, Color-Therm/Infra-Therm pad-dry/thermosol line and the new integrated Eco-Heat backpack heat recovery system.

The Power-Line tenter combines both fresh and exhaust air in an automatically controlled flow to minimize energy consumption. Opti-Shrink ranges comprise complete modules, so the customer may easily adapt the machine to fulfill requirements. The Color-Therm hotflue dryer featured on Brückner’s pad-dry/thermosol lines is a symmetrical large-volume air-circulation system that offers uniform dyeing. The Infra-Therm is an infrared gas dryer, comprised of specially sintered metal mesh radiators that heat up almost instantaneously. The space-saving Eco-Heat backpack can be integrated into the roof of a tenter.

The company also will provide information on Brückner Plant Technologies, which engineers custom-made lines for textile coating, reverse coating, floor covering finishing and glass fabric finishing.
