SSM Schärer Schweiter Mettler, Switzerland, and its subsidiary Hacoba Spultechnik, Germany, will present new yarn processing and winding machines and technologies at ITM 2006.

Dyeing/rewinding and assembly winding equipment will include the TW1-W and TW1-D preciflex™ precision package winders, the PW2-W fastflex™ winding technology with digitens™ tension control technology, and the DP1-W digicone® preciflex package winder with optional precitens™ tension-controlled unwinding technology.

SSM will highlight the DP3-FT digicone preciflex machine and flexwinder™ for false-twist texturing and air covering applications.

The RM3-T digicone preciflex from SSM Stähle-Eltex is an air-texturing machine specially developed to handle coarse yarns up to 3,200 decitex.

Hacoba will present the Hacoba 850 C and 950 K Thread Prince high-performance finish winder for the industrial make-up of sewing threads.
