ITM 2006 Technology: Trützschler GmbH & Co. KG

Germany-based Trützschler GmbH & Co. KG will display its latest innovations at ITM, while the Trützschler Card Clothing subsidiary will highlight its card clothing services for cards, roller cards and aerodynamic web-forming machines.
 
The TC 03 card and TD 03 draw frame will be highlighted at the show. Since its introduction, more than 2,500 TC 03 cards have been installed in facilities worldwide. According to Trützschler, the TC 03 has a production speed of up to 150 kilograms per hour (kg/hr), produces excellent sliver quality and reduces waste when equipped with Wastecontrol BR-WCT, a new self-optimizing system. The TD 03 draw frame comes equipped with two self-optimizing functions — Auto Draft and Opti Set.

A Trützschler cotton cleaning line

Trützschler’s Compact Cleaning Line, which combines all relevant cleaning functions in just three machines, can operate at speeds of up to 1,600 kg/hr. Trützschler technicians can work with customers to modify and optimize standard lines for the required application.
