JS Humidifiers Introduces Enhanced JetSpray Humidifier
England-based JS Humidifiers has added features to its JetSpray compressed air and water
humidifier. New features include an increased capacity from 300 to 600 liters per hour, multiple
humidity sensor inputs for larger areas, improved hygiene technology and a remote user interface.
JS Humidifiers’ humidification system comprises a control panel that supplies compressed air
and water to rows of nozzles capable of producing 7.5-micrometer-diameter water droplets. According
to the company, a single control panel can provide up to 600 liters of water per hour to the
atmosphere. This volume of water is enough to humidify an area of 100,000 cubic meters. To humidify
larger areas, multiple control panels may be used.
JS Humidifiers has added features to its JetSpray compressed air and water humidifier including increased capacity, multiple humidity sensor inputs, improved hygiene technology and a remote user interface.
New automatic flush cycles leave no stagnant water in the system, ensuring the JetSpray operates in a hygienic manner. The cycles can be adjusted to maintain a clean system while minimizing water consumption. The incoming water supply also now features a PureFlo Ag+ silver-ion dosing system, which features self-regulating antibacterial material to prevent microbial buildup in the water.
The remote interface — which displays current ambient humidity and temperature as well as the desired humidity set-point — can be located up to 100 meters away from the control panel. A diagnostic system indicates service requirements and operational errors, and on/off timers can be set using the remote. New commissioning software makes the remote interface set up simple, according to JS Humidifiers.
